Important: Location tracking is controlled by your company administrator and can be enabled or disabled at the company level.
When location tracking is enabled by your company, we collect:
- GPS Coordinates: Precise latitude and longitude when you save Daily Call Records (DCR)
- Location Accuracy: The accuracy level of the GPS reading in meters
- Timestamp: The date and time when the location was captured
Location data is only collected at the moment of saving a DCR entry and is not continuously tracked in the background.
2.3 Field Work and Business Data
As part of your daily activities, we collect:
- Daily Call Records (DCR): Visit details, customer visited, date and time of visits
- Customer Information: Details of doctors, chemists, and stockists including names, qualifications, specialties, and contact information
- Product Information: Products shown, quantities, and promotional activities
- Order Data: Orders placed, quantities, and transaction details
- Remarks and Notes: Any notes or comments added to DCR entries
2.4 Device and Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information:
- Device type and operating system (Android/iOS)

Pharmadiarie provides company-level control over location tracking:
- Default Setting: Location tracking is disabled by default
- Company Control: Your company administrator can enable or disable location tracking for all employees
- Transparency: When location tracking is enabled, the App displays a clear notification in the settings
- Point-in-Time Capture: Location is captured only at the moment of saving a DCR entry, not continuously
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
- DCR Records: Field work records are retained as per your company's data retention policies
- Upon Logout: Local cached data and credentials are cleared from your device
